I have 20+ years’ experience working as a statistician supporting medicine development projects in the pharmaceutical industry. I’ve worked on projects in immuno-inflammation, respiratory, neurosciences and several other disease areas, from phases I to IV.

During my career, I’ve collaborated with many colleagues and clients and developed the ability to explain statistical concepts to co-workers from different functional areas using a clear and “non-nonsense” approach. When I was learning statistics I discovered I was a visual learner, and I always try to use graphics where possible as a communication tool.

I’ve developed this course with the aim of demystifying the field of biostatistics, using materials that are visually appealing and interactive.
